We found the vehicle we wanted online. Made a call and said we'd be there within the hour. We walked in the building, immediately greeted by Kyle. He was super friendly and easy to chat with. After an easy no hassle test drive, we met Luke. Again, super nice and easy to talk with about finance options. Finance options were easy and we applied on our phone while we were there. We were in and out, in less than hour and half. ( that included our peekimg at every vehicle on our own before entering) We got the vehicle. No haggle no hassle. Super laid back comfy environment. Definitely would recommend this brother duo dealership. They had a lot of nice SUVs and if Tesla is your thing, they have those too!

Great experience! Went to several different dealerships and was pressured, intimidated and lied to so it was such a relief walking into Memory Motors. Zero pressure, very upfront and honest. Never once felt like they were jerking me around. I would encourage you to check them out, if I need something again in the future I will be returning back to them.

We had a really good experience today, buying our 2017 Cadillac Escalade from Memory Motors. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and there was no pressure at all. They answered all of our questions and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We did mostly everything over the phone, with only test driving and signing when we got there. We love our Escalade and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. If you’re looking for a smooth, no-hassle car-buying experience, we would most definitely recommend Memory Motors. Wish I could give a 10. Kyle is AMAZING. Lets put it this way... I live in Maryland and bought my car from Memory Motors in Tennessee and it was SO smooth and easy. Whether local or far, this place does it right and it's a no brainer. Ask for Kyle. He's great.

I haven't finished the process yet but will do so this week. This place is non-pressure and they do not harass you or high pressure sell you. The lot is organized well and Kyle is really good to work with. When I'm done with the process I'll update this review. Another thing I want to mention is that the owners do respond to reviews of their business and that is really important to note. **UPDATE* After going through the whole process with these two brothers I can tell you it was one of the best experiences I've had. I've bought used cars every two years for the last 20 years. All used cars have some issue or another. Kyle is right up front about what may or may not be there. They are true locals selling to their own community and this is a business that the locals should support. I love my 2019 Ford Expedition and when I'm done with this vehicle I'll be back at Memory Motors buying another. Great job guys and keep up the excellent work!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
